DISTRIBUTABLE EARNINGS
Distributable earnings per share increased by 3.5% in the first half-year, guidance for full year DEPS raised
▪ Distributable earnings per share (DEPS) were 32.14 euro cents for the six months to 30 June 2026, 3.5% higher than in H1 2025.
▪ The increase was driven by the like-for-like (LFL) performance of the property portfolio, which added 1.83 euro cents to DEPS,
and by the expanding green energy business, which contributed a further 0.22 euro cents. Together these more than offset
the impact of higher taxes and financing costs.
▪ The Board has declared a dividend of 28.93 euro cents per share for H1 2026, corresponding to a 90% dividend payout ratio.
The distribution will be settled in cash, either as a capital repayment (default option) or, should the shareholders so elect, as a
cash dividend out of distributable profits
Update 18 augustus 2026: The Board has revised the guidance released in February 2026; and based on the good actual and estimated operational results,now expects DEPS for the year to be 3.5-4% higher than the DEPS of 62.03 cents per share in 2025
